What time can I arrive and when do I need to vacate my room?

You are guaranteed access to your room from 3 p.m. onwards. Customers must leave their rooms at 11 a.m. at the latest on their departure date.  Please let us know by e-mail or phone if you will be arriving late. If you will be arriving after 10 p.m., please call us on +33 (0)1 85 74 13 00.

Can I leave my room a little later?

If you need to keep your room, we can offer you a late check out for an additional fee (25% of the nightly rate), subject to availability. We also offer a luggage storage service, which means you can wait comfortably at the hotel bar, or head into Paris and pick up your luggage later.

Yes, there is an espresso machine with two coffee capsules, as well as teabags and a kettle in every room.

Our rooms feature top-quality bedding. Our double rooms have 160 x 200 cm beds. Our twin rooms have two 90 x 200 cm beds.

All our rooms have air conditioning. When you arrive, you will find a welcome tray with a kettle, tea, an espresso machine and coffee capsules. You will also find hanging space for your clothes and a desk area to sit at. All the rooms include Google Chromecast so you can watch your favourite shows on the 49-inch flat screen. The bathrooms all have showers.

Do you have rooms for 3 to 4 people?

We don’t have sofa beds or specific family rooms. On every floor there are two communicating rooms with double doors that keep these two rooms separate. They can accommodate a family or a group.

A booking is only considered as confirmed after you have paid a down payment or deposit by credit card. Our hotel systematically sends booking confirmation emails.

Can I change the dates for my booking?

In certain cases, yes. Depending on the hotel’s availability and if you have chosen our Flexible Rate, you can change your dates or cancel your booking. I made a mistake with my booking, can I amend it?

If you chose the Flexible Rate, and subject to the hotel’s availability, you can amend your booking. If not, we will not be able to process your request. If you made a booking inadvertently, please contact reception right away. You can also check with your personal travel insurance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by French holiday voucher (ANCV), credit and debit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) and by cash in Euros. Anyone wishing to pay by French holiday voucher (ANCV) will need to show ID.

When will my card be debited?

If you chose a changeable or cancellable rate, you will need to provide your card number but your card won’t be debited. If you chose a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, 100% of the total amount, excluding extras, will be debited at the time of booking.
